Mike Driggers, President

Mike Driggers' career in transportation spans more than 30 years and includes LTL, Dry Van, Flatbed and Over-Dimensional experience. Mr. Driggers was on the executive team of one of the original Arnold Transportation Services Companies, Dalworth Trucking, held executive positions within LinkAmerica Corporation and was President of Pacer Transport. Mr. Driggers rejoined Arnold in 2013. Mr. Driggers holds both a Bachelors and Master’s degree in business.

Obed Rivera, Vice President of Finance

Obed Rivera holds 18 years of accounting and finance experience with 9 years in the transportation industry. Mr. Rivera held key positions such as Finance Director at Stone Trucking, Director, Operational Finance at Link America, and Chief Financial Officer at Gene Hyde Trucking. Obed Rivera holds a Bachelor in Business from Webber International University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida.

Greg Isenhour, Vice President of Maintenance

 Greg Isenhour has over 24 years in the transportation industry that included floor supervision and mid-management experience at CRST and executive experience at LinkAmerica. Mr. Isenhour is responsible for Fleet Maintenance at Arnold Transportation Services. Greg Isenhour holds a degree in Applied Sciences in Diesel Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.

Scott Waple, Vice President of Sales

Scott Waple brings over 20 years of broad-based truckload operations and sales experience to Arnold. Mr. Waple has held key management positions with Arnold in both operations and sales that include Director, Southeast Operations, Director, Southeast Regional Sales, and Vice President of Planning and Customer Service. In his most recent role, Waple served as the Director, Southeast Operations at DART Transit. Scott Waple attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Doug Klimko, Vice President of Logistics

Doug Klimko brings more than 27 years of freight brokerage experience in execution, operations, and sales management to Arnold. He has Worked in top 25 branch for CH Robinson as General Manager, Sales Manager, and Account Executive. Mr. Klimko is responsible for developing a full service logistics office that offers freight brokerage and freight management in all modes including truckload, LTL, and intermodal. Doug Klimko holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University North Texas.

Joshua Holt, Vice President of Operations

Josh Holt brings over 10 years of experience in the transportation industry that includes management positions at Lowe's, Melton Truck Lines, Arrow Truck Lines and Link America. Mr. Holt is responsible for Operations at Arnold Transportation Services. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Fleet Management, Planning and Customer Service. Joshua Holt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Bob Oakes, Vice President of Safety

Bob Oakes’ career in the trucking and transportation industry spans over 30 years. He’s worked in LTL, 3PL, and Dry Van holding executive positions at Stevens Transport, Dart Transit, and US Xpress. Mr. Oakes holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
