EQUIPMENT:

Drivers will be assigned a 2009 Freightliner Cascadia.

OPERATIONAL AREA:
Primary and secondary running areas shown on operation map (see front side).

TERMINAL LOCATIONS:
Main terminals located in Jacksonville, FL, Camp Hill, PA and Grand Prairie, TX. Satellite terminals located in Paris, TX and Muskogee, OK.

DRIVING RECORD:
Requirements vary be experience. Ask your recruiter for details. All drivers must have a Class “A” C.D.L.

COMPENSATION SCHEDULE:

$.48 CPM
* All mileage rates quoted are for both loaded and empty

  

HOME TIME:  Six weeks out, five days off.

OPERATIONAL AREA: Super Regional (Blue Hiring Area  | Blue and Red Primary Running Area)

LAYOVER / NON-DEDICATED: Compensated $35.00 paid in form of per diem (tax free), after first 36-hours and for each additional 24-hour period during which we are unable to provide a load or work assignment.
DETENTION PAY: Detention at any shipping or receiving facility will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour, after allowing for 2 hours..
LOAD / UNLOAD PAY: $65.00 flat pay. A driver load/unload is defined as 100% hand touch freight. This would include reloading pallets from big wood to small wood and vice versa.
DRIVER ASSIST: $30.00 flat pay. Defined as anything less than 100% touch freight. Examples would be loading or off-loading with a pallet jack, shrink-wrap, breakdown, etc. Counting freight while being loaded or unloaded by a third party or machine does not constitute an assist. All driver assist is subject to dispatch approval.
LOCAL WORK: Drivers will be paid a flat rate of $50.00 for loads 100 miles or less.
STOP OFF PAY: $30.00, excluding initial pick-up and final delivery point.
TOLLS AND SCALE RECEIPTS: Pre-Pass and EZ Pass. Authorized scale receipts reimbursed.
LIFE & DISABILITY INS: $10,000 life provided at no cost to employee. Employee may elect short term up to 60% of avg. gross weekly income and long term disability up to 60% of base salary.
HEALTH INSURANCE:

Standard Plan - Single $25.00/week, Emp+Child(ren) $64.00/week, Emp + Spouse $67.00/week, Family $71.00/week.  $1000 Single/$2000 Family Deductible.

Premium Plan - Single $36.00/week, Emp + Child(ren) $85.00/week, Emp + Spouse $89.00/week, Family $95.00/week.  $500 Single/$1000 Family Deductible.

(If you or your covered dependents are tobacco users, add $15.00 per week to the premium deduction for Standard and Premium Plans).

VISION PLAN:

Single $1.51 per week Employee + 1 $2.29 per week Family $3.98 per week

Dental Insurance Single $4.15 per week Family $10.95 per week
$25 Single/$75 Family Deductible in network, $50 Single/$150 Family out-of-network
RETENTION BONUS:

1-4 Years of service $400.00 on anniversary
5-9 Years of service $800.00 on anniversary
10 Plus Years of Service $1200.00 on anniversary

JURY DUTY: Paid at a rate of $50.00 per day.
401(K) RETIREMENT: You will be eligible during the first enrollment period following 6 months of employment. You can contribute up to 75% of your base salary to the program.
